What if I don’t see a position I’m interested in now?
Please join our Talent Network. You can create a profile and receive ongoing updates about Syneos Health. In addition, you can follow us online on LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor and Instagram.  This also allows our recruiters to find you when opportunities become available.

How can I receive job notification emails?
Type in your desired keywords and location within the search box and hit 'Search'.  On the Search Results page, click on the 'Receive Job Notifications Which Match This Search' button just above the search results. Enter your email address and select the frequency you would like to receive these notifications. 

 
 
 

I am an internal employee. How do I refer a candidate for an open position?
Visit our Employee Career Portal, find the job you want to refer a candidate for, click on 'Refer A Friend' and submit the candidates first name, last name and email address. An email will then be sent to the referred candidate with a link to apply directly to the position.

The Application

Am I able to apply for more than one job at a time?
Yes. Once you create a profile, you are invited to apply for as many positions that you are interested in. You will receive an automatic notification that confirms we have received your application.

Can I keep more than one resume on file? Am I able to edit a previously submitted resume?
Yes. Once you create a profile, you may update your original resume or upload additional versions of your resume at any time. You can assign a unique name to each version to help you stay organized. 

How do I find the status of my online application?
After you login to your account, you have the ability to view your current application status. This section can be accessed through the 'My Account' area.

I have forgotten my account login information. How can I retrieve this?
Click on the 'Forgot Password' link to recover your login information. 

I was sent a link to a job but when I click on it, the page says this job cannot be found. What does this mean?
If you can no longer view a posting on our careers site, it has been removed by a recruiter and is no longer active. 

The Interview

What can I expect in a phone screen with a recruiter?
You will initially connect with a recruiter from our Talent Acquisition team for a phone screen. During this call, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our organization and the position. Our recruiter will ask questions around your career journey as it relates to the position you are applying for.

What is the interview process with Syneos Health like?
The interview process will vary depending on the position. You should be prepared to meet our hiring managers within a one-to-one setting or a panel setting where you may meet with multiple managers at once. The interview may be in a virtual or in person setting. If a virtual setting, make sure to test out your video connection prior to the interview to ensure everything works as it should, you are within a quiet area and your background is void of clutter.

The Offer

When will I hear back after my phone screen and/or interview?
Our recruiting team's goal is to ensure that you have a positive experience throughout the interview process and will be in touch with you as soon as they have confirmation on the next steps in the process. Our recruiter's will be in communication with you through the entire interviewing process, but please don't hesitate to contact your appropriate recruiter if you should have any questions or updates you would like to share.

If I am to receive an offer, who will it come from?
You will be contacted directly by the hiring manager with a verbal offer of employment. Upon acceptance of the offer, you will then receive a formal written offer from a Syneos Health Human Resources representative with the offer details and the next steps in the onboarding process.

If I should have questions about the offer or the onboarding process, who should I reach out to?
Please reach out directly to your appointed Human Resources representative, the contact who submitted your formal offer and onboarding information, and they should be able to assit you with any questions and further guidance needed.

Where can I receive detailed information on my benefits package?

Are the positions within Syneos Health office-based, remote or hybrid?
As an organization, we prioritize flexible work arrangements and accomodations for our global workforce. Our work settings will be dependent on the position requirements, and our job postings may state if the position is office-based or remote. In your initial contact from our recruiting team regarding your application, they will confirm if the position in which you applied for is office-based, fully remote or a hybrid of on-site and remote.

This would be my first professional position. What types of learning and mentoring opportunities are offered within Syneos Health?

I think I encountered a fraudulent scam regarding a Syneos Health job opportunity. What should I do?

  • Job scams are on the rise so the best way to protect yourself is by never providing detailed personal or financial information during the interview process
  • If contacted by a recruiter, always double-check their credentials before providing any personal information. Emails will come from our corporate domain (@syneoshealth.com) and our recruiting team members will not communicate with you over instant messaging services.
  • All of Syneos Health's open positions can be found on our career site. If you don't find a job on the company site that matches the one you found online, it might be a scam.
  • Should you have any doubts about the authenticity of a Syneos Health job opportunity, please contact our office before taking any further actions

What can I expect in terms of email and/or virtual communications from Syneos Health?

  • Any email communications related to Syneos Health jobs will initiate from a syneoshealth.com email address. We will not contact you via Gmail, Yahoo or other addresses besides our corporate domain (@syneoshealth.com).
  • Email communications from our company will never request sensitive financial or personal information such as social security number, passport information, date of birth, credit card numbers, or banking information
  • Syneos Health will also never send checks or ask for money transfers or payments from applicants to secure a job
  • We also do not conduct job interviews via Instant Messaging platforms (Facebook Messenger, Trillian, Skype, Slack)
