The Syneos Health Field Sales Manager (FSM) represents the in-country leadership of a team of 10 office-based Field Sales Representatives (FSR) helping to improve the life of patients suffering from rare disease with high innovative RNA Technology. The FSM ensures the localisation of strategic execution, delivering patient uptake and sales, supports territory sales planning, and results monitoring in close alignment with other functions.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, counsel a high-performance team of 10 FSR in the designated office based rare disease target market
  • Deliver/exceed sales & agreed activity targets for the designated office based rare disease target market within agreed budgets and timescales
  • Prepare and execute on a country sales plan in close alignment with other customer facing functions to deliver flawless execution of the overarching marketing strategy/plan
  • Collaborate closely with other customer facing functions & internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that all activities undertaken by the team comply with Syneos Health SOPs and ethical codes of practice.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience preferably in the specialty care area;
  • Analytic & Strategic Skills in pharmaceutical business
  • Team player and experience with cross-functional structures
  • Good communication skills including English
  • High self-motivation/intrinsic motivation;
  • Resilient even in difficult situations
